Meet the Founder
Chris Martin is a seasoned healthcare professional with 30 years of frontline paramedic experience and a strong clinical foundation as a registered nurse. His career spans critical care, emergency response, hospital administration, and healthcare operations—giving him a unique, 360-degree understanding of how systems function both in the field and inside medical facilities.
Chris has held several key leadership roles, including House Supervisor, Risk Manager, Critical Care Paramedic, and Assistant Chief of Operations. His work has been instrumental in developing community paramedicine programs, non-emergent transport services, resource coordination systems, and innovative process improvements that have led to measurable results—such as a 70% reduction in 30-day readmission rates.
Academically, Chris holds an MBA from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science from the Baptist School of Health Professions, and an Associate of Applied Science from Excelsior College. His certifications include NRP, CCP-C, and multiple advanced emergency care credentials.
Today, Chris uses his extensive experience to design and implement forward-thinking healthcare solutions. His work focuses on telestroke program development, Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) initiatives, emergency preparedness training, and systems-level consulting for hospitals and public safety organizations. He is also the founder of PNW Community Table, a nonprofit serving unhoused community members across Oregon and Washington through compassionate, volunteer-driven meal programs.
Known for his dedication, innovation, and patient-centered mindset, Chris continues to build programs that improve access to care, strengthen disaster readiness, and empower both professionals and the public to respond confidently in emergencies.
